The First 5 Alameda County Accountability Framework reflects our commitment to measuring the impact of all Every Child Counts programs.

The framework consists of four components: an accountability matrix, a confidentiality and privacy policy, community grants and contractor technical assistance and developing and supporting tools to help us measure whether we are making a difference.
